Product Description
Polyimide film (PI Film) is synthesized by polymerizing PMDA and ODA in strong polar solvents through the process of forming film and imine treatment at high temperature.
* It is Class H insulating material.
* This PI film has excellent physical, chemical, and electrical properties, atomic radiation resistant, solvent resistant, low & high temperature resistant, It performs successfully in the wide range of temperature as low as -452F(-269℃) and as high as +500F(+260℃). Because of its unique excellent properties. It is the most ideal choice in many applications.
* Thickness:12.5um,25μm, 50μm, 75μm, 100μm, 125um, 150um, 175um, 200um, 225um, 250um
* Width:520mm,1040mm
* This PI film can be used in flexible prinyed circuits and as insulating materials of flat electric cables, electromagnetic wires and motors.

Q1. What do we have ?
A: We produce Polyimide film thickness 0.005-0.250mm, color: yellow, black , red , green , colorless transparent.
Q2. How to order from us?

Q3. Do you offer the free sample for testing?
A: Yes, we offer the sample free, but you courier charges.
Q4. How to ship the order?
A: We will suggest you the appropriate way of shipment, by sea, by air or by courier. Of course if you will have your own forwarder, that is no problem.
Q5.Can we trust the quality of product from yabao.net.cn?
A: Sure, do not worry about that. Our quality will absolutely compliance to the sample we send. If not, we will take charge of that.
Q6. What payment we accept?
A: For the small quantity, we request 100% advanced TT payment; other conditions, negotiable. Sorry, we did not accept the Credit card for the time being.
Q7. How about the lead time of per order?
A: If the tape you order have stock, we can ship out within 2~4 days. If there is no stock, you need to wait about 5~8 days. If you are request the die-cuts, the time shall longer.
Q8. Do you have the MOQs?
A: Yes. Usually we reques of the MOQ of USD500 per order. If the order is too small, we will charge the extra service fee of USD20.00 per order.
