Features
The Horizontal High Temperature Vacuum Brazing Furnace is mainly composed of a vacuum chamber, a pump system, various control valves and a heat exchanger. The pump system consists of mechanical pumps, maintenance pumps, roots pumps, diffusion pumps, etc. The valve consists of a front valve (butterfly valve), a bypass valve (butterfly valve), a maintenance pump valve (butterfly valve) and a high valve (plate valve). Each valve is a pneumatic valve and is controlled by a PLC controlled pneumatic valve. The heating chamber is mainly composed of stainless steel heating chamber shell, stainless steel reflective screen, heater, ceramic insulator, water-cooled electrode, hearth, etc. It adopts a partition heater layout to make the temperature uniformity in the heating zone uniform.
