Product details

PL1000L Rock Drilling and Splitting Machine is mounted on (24T-36T) excavators for use in a variety of hard rock square mining projects, to solve the hard rock efficient and environmentally friendly mining program. Make full use of its power and super mobility, can be applied to a variety of outdoor complex working conditions, unique L-type triangular swing articulation structure, stable and durable structure, can be adapted to various angles of construction, easy to disassemble and easy to transport, back mounted circuit and hydraulic system for easy maintenance and other features. The equipment is operated by a multi-channel and highly reliable wireless remote control. Utilizing the 22KW hydraulic rock drill, the rock drilling is carried out first, and then the P240 two-stage pressurized super splitter is used to enter the hole to split, so as to achieve the effect of high-efficiency rock static blasting.

Its high-efficiency hydraulic rock drill fully embodies the high economic drilling costs, hydraulic drive air compressor using excavator hydraulic drive, than the traditional (diesel-driven independent air compressor) more stable, lower maintenance costs, better economy. Splitting blocks are made of imported alloy forging material through advanced heat treatment process to make them more durable.

Construction requirements/efficiency:

Rock drilling and cracking machine efficiency

Drilling approx. 2 minutes, splitting approx. 40 secs.

Side swinging and positioning about 50 seconds minutes.

Output per hole (theoretical)

2.5m (horizontal spacing) x 1.2m (vertical spacing)

x 1m (splitting depth) = 3m³.

Daily output (8 hours)

3m³(per hole) x 137 holes/day = 411m³
